City of Mattoon issued the following announcement on Feb. 6.
The Mattoon YMCA Indoor Triathlon is perfect for new to experienced triathletes. It is indoor and is comprised of a 10 minute swim in the indoor lap pool, a 20 minute bike ride on the Keiser stationary cycling bikes, and a 15 minute walk/run on the Life Fitness treadmills. Waves will start every 25 minutes. Registration closes Friday, February 8th at noon. There is no race day registration. Ages: 11+, Fee is $30, first wave at 1pm. Sign up today at:
