City of Effingham issued the following announcement on Jan. 3.
The City of Effingham will pick up Christmas Trees weather permitting starting Monday, January 6, 2020 starting at 8:00 A.M.
Please have your tree out by the curb by 8:00 A.M.
They will continue to pick up trees all week.
Please no ornaments or plastic on the trees.
