Present: Rosetta York, Mark Bolander, Marlene Harris, Melissa Brooks, Amy Tarr, Amber Volk, David Brown, Mindy Hartke and Larry Brooks
• Discuss TIF Applications: The Committee said Meyer Funeral Home TIF applications is ok to approve at council meeting for $2,500.
• Discuss the Purchasing Policy for the City of Newton and making updates.
