City of Marshall issued the following announcement on Oct. 10.

Purpose of the public hearing:
To determine if the sale of cannabis will be legal within City Limits. If allowed should the City tax cannabis.
Each attendee will have the opportunity to comment for up to three minutes.
No action will be taken at this hearing.
