Oblong home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Oblong rose by $37,375 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,500 - a 82.8% increase over the $45,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Oblong in the first quarter of 2018.
