City of Tuscola issued the following announcement on Sept. 6.
Effective September 1, 2019, Douglas County has replaced the CodeRED emergency notification system with HYPER-REACH. The City of Tuscola will also use the HYPER-REACH system.
Unfortunately, your sign up with CodeRED WILL NOT TRANSFER to HYPER-REACH. You must sign up with HYPER-REACH to continue receiving notifications after September 1, 2019.
