Arcola School District #306 Board of Education met July 24.

A special meeting of the Board of Education of Arcola Community Unit District #306 Arcola, Illinois was called to order in the Media Center at 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 for the purpose of considering the employment of staff.
President Strader called the meeting to order. The following members answered roll call: Shonkwiler, Thieman, Arrol, Stout, Wesch and Strader.
Others present were: Tom Mulligan, Dave Porter.
President Strader recognized the visitors and asked for public comment. There were no comments
Motion by Thieman, seconded by Shonkwiler, to approve the employment of Steven Franco as High School Assistant Footbal Coach and Jenny White as classroom teacher. Roll call vote: Shonkwiler, aye; Thieman, aye; Arrol, aye; Wesch, aye; Strader, aye; and Stout, aye. 6 ayes. 0 nays. Motion carried.
Motion by Thieman, seconded by Wesch, to adjourn at 7:41 p.m. Roll call vote: Shonkwiler, aye; Thieman, aye; Arrol, aye; Strader, aye; Wesch, aye; and Stout, aye. 6 ayes. 0 nays. Motion carried.
