The data shows that all of the released offenders in Xenia were men. The median age of the parolees was 45. The youngest parolee was a 30-year-old man sentenced for a crime against one or more children in 2017, and the oldest was a 62-year-old man sentenced for a crime against a person in 2015.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Cecil E. Parish. He was convicted of a crime against a person in 2015 when he was 42 years old. He is now 46.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
