City of Effingham issued the following announcement on May 30.
PSA: Due to weather conditions, IDOT will reschedule closing the southbound/westbound on-ramp at Exit 162 on Monday night (June 3) from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. for pavement striping.
