Mayor Bloemker commented on the Mayor's Choice Winner: "Mr. Slickenmeyer's piece conjures images of rotary wheels that make the world go around. I'm a Rotarian and consistently through Effingham's history the members of the Effingham Rotary Club have been the leaders that got the things done that have helped make Effingham a great city. Thank you to all the artists and vendors that participated in this year's Artisan Fair."
