Robinson home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Robinson fell by $3,505 while total sales increased by 161.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 136 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,995 - a 4.1% decrease over the $84,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Robinson in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Robinson for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,186, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
