Robinson home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Robinson fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,000 - a 8.8% decrease over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Robinson in the first quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Robinson for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,186, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2017.
