City of Marshall issued the following announcement on March 10.
The following items will not be accepted. Brush, yard waste, tires, appliances of any kind, liquids of any kind, paint, fuel, oil, unrinsed and/or unpunctured jugs, asbestos, hospital or medical waste, dean animals, butane/propane/freon tanks, concrete, fence, wire, hoses, special waste, hazardous waste or constructive waste. Keep all electronics intact, no shattered electronic will be accepted
