How did Gregory R Voudire spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Gregory R Voudire's election campaign committee, Voudrie for Sheriff, spent $9,028 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Voudire's committee spent the most on t-shirts in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,475) going to Jake's World Design in Lerna. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Voudire's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
