Republican Terry Davis's election campaign committee, Friends of Terry Davis, spent $11,479 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Davis's committee spent the most on returned contributions in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,000) going to Mary Drake in Charleston. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Davis's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
