Republican Reginald Phillips's election campaign committee, Citizens for Reggie Phillips, spent $9,767 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Phillips's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with 75% of this total ($4,500) going to Isaiah Consulting Group in Downer's Grove. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Phillips's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
