City of Mattoon issued the following announcement on Feb. 13.
Save the date. Gardenfest, formerly Herbfest, will be at Lytle Park May 11, 2019. Cost and details will be the same as last year. Registration forms will be posted by the first week of March. Thank you. Bring on warmer weather.
