Mattoon City Council Approves Bicycle Plan
At its meeting on February 5, the City Council approved a Bicycle Plan developed by a committee from the Mattoon in Motion initiative, with assistance from Ride Illinois and funding by The Lumpkin Family Foundation. This long-term plan provides guidance to the City for the creation of bicycle pathways throughout its borders and beyond. The full plan is detailed in the attached document.
