Report: Robinson spent $10,182 per student in 2017-18

Spending per pupil at Robinson Community Unit School District 2 is up 2.6 percent from five years ago, according to a East Central Reporter analysis of district finances.

The Illinois State Board of Education 2017-18 report card shows the Crawford County school district spent $9,924 per pupil in 2013-14. It spent $10,182 in 2017-18.

The district saw its enrollment fall over the same period, from 1638 to 1595.

Robinson's spending in 2017-18 was 23.7 percent lower than the state average of $13,337.
