City of Tuscola issued the following announcement on Jan. 23.
Every Friday (there are some exceptions) from 2pm-4pm, come into the library with whatever tech problem you have (appointments are encouraged) with phones, eBooks, laptops, tablets, etc.! Check the library newsletter for exceptions.
