City of Newton Dues and Donation Committee met Jan. 10.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
Present: Eric Blake, Robert Reisner, Mark Bolander, Rosetta York, Marlene Harris, Melissa Brooks, Doug Waddell, Gary J. Johnson, Brian Marx, Natalie Hopson and Lea Creadore
Discuss the amount budgeted for Dues and Donations, set at $5,500.00.
Discussed advertising dates. Rosie will run in the newspaper for 2 weeks starting February.
Deadline for applications are due by Friday, March 15, 2019 at 5:00 PM.
Dues and Donations committee will meet again on March 18th to decide amounts.
Council will vote on March 19th, to be paid in April.
Meeting adjourned at 6:05 PM.
