City of Newman issued the following announcement on Jan. 2.
The Stanislaus County Sworn Deputies Association has set up the Corporal Ronil Singh Memorial Fund. This memorial is the only authorized fund in honor of the fallen officer. Please be aware there are NO other approved or authorized memorial funds or online fundraising accounts.
