City of Effingham issued the following announcement on Jan. 3.
Michael Karibian of Midland States Bank and Jeffrey Speer - REMAX, joined the City's Economic Development Director, Todd Hull in providing a recap of 2018 and an economic forecast for 2019 at today's Effingham County Chamber of Commerce's First Friday Luncheon.
