City of Tuscola issued the following announcement on Dec. 11.
Before the council meeting, Monday December 10, family and friends gathered to celebrate a milestone in Mayor Kleiss's career. 30 years ago this month Dan Kleiss was appointed Mayor of Tuscola! We would like to express our apperciation and gratitude for his years of devoted service to our community.
