City of Olney issued the following announcement on Dec. 19.
Weather permitting, a barbershop quartet, led by Rev. David McNabb, will be singing by the Community Christmas Tree in Bower Park from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. this evening (December 20).
In case of rain, the quartet will instead perform from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
