City of Effingham issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.
Illinois Governor-Elect J.B. Pritzker and Lt. Governor-Elect Juliana Stratton stopped in Effingham Sunday morning at Joe Sippers Cafe. One of his focuses will be on local economic development and creating jobs along with working with small businesses. The City of Effingham looks forward to partnering with Governor-Elect Pritzker and his team to continue growing economic development in the City of Effingham and the State of Illinois.
