City of Martinsville City Council met Nov. 14.
Here is the minutes provided by the council:
Roll call was answered by the following council members and elected officials: Chris Davidson, Melinda Lovell,
Troy Propst, John Skinner and David Doran with Mike Cribelar absent. Also in attendance were Mayor Herman Davidson and Clerk Marlene Wilhoit. Employees and citizens in attendance are attached to the back of the minutes.
**Motion by M Lovell 2nd by J Skinner to approve minutes from 10-24-18 council meeting.
Upon roll call all council members present voted for the motion. (5)
** No Treasurer’s report was presented.
**Motion by T Propst 2nd by C Davidson to approve October 2018 bills payable in November 2018 in the amount of $90,432.62.
Upon roll call all council members present voted for the motion. (5)
**Motion by C Davidson 2nd by M Lovell to approve the FY 2019 technical services agreement & Resolution R2018-11-1 with Coles County Regional Planning & Development Commission.
Upon roll call all council members present voted for the motion. (5)
The letter for the safety dinner that all three towns have was mentioned and anyone planning to attend needs to let Marlene know by the 22nd.
