City of Effingham issued the following announcement on Dec. 4.
Effingham Mayor Jeff Bloemker joined the Chamber of Commerce and employees at Wortman Printing for a ribbon cutting ceremony. Del Wortman’s business expansion on South Banker Street is an asset to Effingham and we thank Mr. Wortman for investing in Effingham. Congratulations Wortman Printing!
