City of Neoga issued the following announcement on Nov. 30.
Recently the City of Neoga passed an ordinance that allows residents to register for the DO NOT KNOCK list. This ordinance restricts those who go door to door from knocking on your door. Stop by the City office and register today. Also, pick up your DO NOT KNOCK door sign. Once you register and place your sign on the door, you should not receive any more door to door sales. However, this does not apply to school groups, church groups, or politicians. If you are registered and someone comes to your door to sell or sign you up for something you should contact the city office or police department. Get registered today!
