Richland County to become gun sanctuary

Richland County voted in favor of becoming gun sanctuary county on Nov. 6.

A referendum on the ballot called for a decision on whether Richland County should become a sanctuary county for law-abiding gun owners.

With 100 percent of the votes counted, the Gun Sanctuary Proposition had 4,821 votes in favor and 1,028 against.
