City of Olney issued the following announcement on Nov. 8.
The City of Olney would like to remind citizens that the Olney City Hall will be closed Monday, November 12, in observance of Veteran's Day. The Brush Dump will also be closed on Monday, November 12, but will be open regular hours for the remainder of the week on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Republic Services will not observe the Veteran's Day holiday. Trash collections during the week of Veteran's Day will run as usual. Curbside recycling pick up will also be on normal schedule.
