City of Tuscola issued the following announcement on Oct. 29.
Look for these signs in participating downtown locations!
Library Halloween party will be at the community building. Stop by for crafts, snacks, games, and of course candy!
Trunk or Treat will be happening in the community building parking lot. Many local organizations will be passing out candy!
