City of Marshall issued the following announcement on Oct. 23.
Downtown Marshall is going to be full of ghosts and goblins this Saturday! We have more than 25 vehicles signed up for the trunk or treat, and the Chamber welcomes more (just call them to get signed up). We look forward to seeing everyone Saturday night!
