City of Marshall issued the following announcement on Oct. 9.
415 North 11th Street in Marshall.
• 132’x 66’ corner lot.
• Foundation walls poured for 26’x40’ home.
• Garage is 18’x24’.
City will be accepting sealed bids until October 26th at 10 am at City Hall 201 S. Michigan Ave.
• Site is “AS-IS“
• Property to be awarded to highest bidder subject to city council approval.
• All bids must be accompanied by a refundable cashier check for 20% of bid to secure bid.
• Property to be closed within 14 days of city council approval of sale.
