Teutopolis Community Unit School District 50 issued the following announcement on Aug. 21.

Did you know you can receive notifications when your student's lunch balance gets low? Or when grades have been updated........

Here's How:

Login to your TeacherEase Account 

Click on the "Miscellaneous" tab and scroll down to and click on "Update Profile"

Your information will pull up on the screen, as well as a section below for "Preferences"

You can authorize the following by saying "Yes":

• Can TeacherEase send me emails?   Yes
• Enable automatic email notifications  Yes
• Receive email when grades are updated   Yes or No
• Receive email for low lunch balance  Yes       Low Balance Threshold  $______ (enter preferred amount)
• Notification frequency  (Choice selection)

Click on the Save button
