The regular meeting of the Board of Education of Cowden-Herrick C.U.S.D. 3A was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by the President Greg Jones.
Those present at the meeting were: Greg Jones, Mike Myers, Megan Miller, Rita Prosser and Jason Robertson.
Those absent: Zach Sarver and Nathan Vaughn.
A motion was made by Rita Prosser and seconded by Jason Robertson to approve minutes from regular board meeting held on June 14, 2018, as well as current board bills, Cowden-Herrick High School Revolving Fund, General Office Fund, and Treasurer’s Report for the month ending June 30, 2018.

Superintendent Schuler provided updates on the Herrick roof, High School track resurfacing and High School gym floor.
A motion was made by Jason Robertson and seconded by Rita Prosser to authorize Superintendent Schuler to prepare tentative 2018-2019 school district budget.
