Illinois residents paid $7,814 to attend the two-year public institution this year $201 more than the $7,613 charged for 2016-17.
Non-residents paid 74.3 percent more than residents this year, or $13,616. Their price tag grew 1.5 percent from $13,415 in 2016-17.
About 98 percent of the school's undergraduate population are Illinois residents. About 1 percent are residents of other states and 1 percent are citizens of other countries.
Data shows 88 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 745 students received grants or scholarships totaling $2.99 million and 153 students took out student loans totaling more than $376,749.
Including all undergraduates, 2,087 students used grants or scholarships totaling $8.24 million. Another 443 took out $1.08 million in federal student loans.
