Village of Louisville Village Board met April 18.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

The Village Board of Trustee’s met in Special Session, those in attendance were, President Kim Adair, Trustee Nancy Byers, Trustee Craig Clifton, Trustee Steve Stortzum, Trustee Gina Rinehart, Trustee Angie Frye, Clerk Angela Stanfield, Treasurer Stephanie Bailey, Superintendent Troy Elwood. Trustee Rusty Harper absent.

President Kim Adair Adair called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

Roll Call taken and the following Village authorities announced present at the beginning of the April 18, 2018 Special Meeting; President Kim Adair, Trustee Craig Clifton, Trustee Nancy Byers, Trustee Steve Stortzum, Trustee Angie Frye and Trustee Gina Rinehart. Trustee Rusty Harper absent.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Invocation.

A motion made by Trustee Byers and seconded by Trustee Stortzum to approve the agenda for April 18, 2018 Special Meeting. Trustee Harper absent.

Roll Call

5 Ayes – 0 Nays – 1 Absent – Motion Carried

A motion made by Trustee Byers and seconded by Trustee Frye to approve purchase of property. Trustee Harper absent.

Roll Call

5 Ayes – 0 Nays – 1 Absent – Motion Carried

A motion made by Trustee Stortzum and seconded by Trustee Clifton to approve Community Center Roof Proposal from Irwins Roofing for $17, 800. Trustee Harper absent.

5 Ayes – 0 Nays – 1 Absent – Motion Carried

A motion to adjourn made by Trustee Frye and seconded by Trustee Clifton at 6:31 PM. Trustee Harper absent.
