Arthur Community Unified School District 305 issued the following announcement on May 14.

Sarah Bush Lincoln Arthur Clinic will be offering sports physicals this summer on Wednesday, June 6 and Wednesday, August 1st from 1-4 pm each day for $20. 

Each $20 will be donated back to the ALAH Athletic Booster Club.

- Immunizations will not be given during this physical.

- Cash or check only will be accepted.

- Insurance will not be billed, nor will co-pays be collected.

These physicals are for any junior high or high school athlete that just needs a sports physical. This will not count as the Freshman physical. 

If your child is an incoming Freshman, you will need to schedule with your doctor for a full Freshman physical.
