City of Marshall City Council met April 23.

VII. Review and discussion of the following reports – Collection Report, Treasurer’s Report,

     Investment Report, Police Report and Building Report for March 2018.

VIII. Consider and take action on quotes received from National Wash Authority, LLC in the

     amount of $ 12,200 for power washing and mildew/algae removal of the Downtown and

     TRW water towers with optional spot painting service of TRW tower in the amount of $

     3,200.

IX. Consider and take action on Change Order No. 1 with Hoerr Construction Inc. for the

     amount of $ 4,859.31 on the Sewer Lining - 2018 project.

X. Consider and take action on Pay Application No. 2 with Hoerr Construction Inc. for the

     amount of $ 303,404.29 on the Sewer Lining - 2018 project.

XI. Consider and take action on a Change Order No. 1 from Burbach Aquatics Inc. for the

     Marshall Community Pool in the amount of $148,917.39.

XII. Consider and take action on an agreement for sale of Real Estate and granting easements

     with the Clark County Fair.

XIII. Consider and take action on purchase of a mower from Alliance Tractor LLC in the

     amount of $9,350.00.
