Altamont Community Unit School District 10 Board met February 5.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Shelly Kuhns, President.
The following members were present: Mr. Alan Shumaker, Mr. Gary Goldstein, Mrs. Shelly Kuhns, Mr. Alan Kollmann, Mr. Darren Feldkamp (arrived 8:20pm).
Also present was Superintendent Mr. Jeff Fritchtnitch.
A motion was made by Mrs. Kuhns and seconded by Mr. Shumaker to go into Closed Session at 7:01pm.
Vote was as follows: Mr. Shumaker – yes, Mr. Wolff – absent, Mr. Goldstein – yes, Mrs. Kuhns - yes, Mr. Kollmann – yes, Mr. Cornett – absent, and Mr. Feldkamp – absent. Motion carried 4 -
Returned to Open Session 8:41 pm
A motion was made by Mr. Kollmann and seconded by Mr. Shumaker to accept the following:
Action as a Result of Closed Session
• Accept the Resignation of Mr. Jeff Fritchtnitch, Superintendent Altamont ACUSD #10, as written.
Vote was as follows: Mr. Shumaker – yes, Mr. Wolff – absent, Mr. Goldstein – yes, Mrs. Kuhns - yes, Mr. Kollmann – yes, Mr. Cornett – absent, and Mr. Feldkamp - yes. Motion carried 5 - 0
A motion was made by Mrs. Kuhns and seconded by Mr. Feldkamp to adjourn at 8:43 pm
Vote was as follows: Mr. Shumaker – yes, Mr. Wolff – absent, Mr. Goldstein – yes, Mrs. Kuhns - yes, Mr. Kollmann - yes, Mr. Cornett – absent, and Mr. Feldkamp – yes. Motion carried 5 - 0
