Hume FPD responds to 12 fires in 2016

Hume Fire Protection District responded to 12 calls in 2016, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System obtained by the East Central Reporter.

The calls in Hume included 12 fires - seven structure fires and five other fires.

In all, the department saw $137,900 in fire loss - or about $11,492 per fire.
