Greg Boise motioned to approve the meeting minutes for the July 5, 2016, regular board meeting as amended. Amendments include changing the motion passes count from 5 Yes's to 4
Yes's for approving the meeting minutes of the June 6, 2016 meeting and spelling Karol Gaines's last name correctly. Rebecca Morgan Boyd seconded this motion.
