The Marshall Public Library Board of Trustees met Aug. 23 to purchase board room furniture.

4. Secretary’s report – Approval of June 28th meeting.

1. Discussion of August 23rd having $5137.81 in the General Fund and$3936.97 in the Insurance Fund.

2. Board approved a $50 gift card for Harley Bennett for completing the

audit. Motioned by Cindy and 2nd by Kelly.

3. Elaine attended a conference on September 8th on Treasurer duties

8. Presentation of Bills – $125 bond for Elaine Miller
