3. Review of Listed Bird Species (Discussion of whether any species should be removed from the Illinois List of Endangered and Threatened Species and whether the status of any species should be changed from Endangered o Threatened or Threatened to Endangered)
4. Discussion of Potential Additions of Bird Species to the Illinois List of Endangered and Threatened Species
5. Approval of Recommendations for Changes to the Avian Section of the Illinois List of Endangered and Threatened Species
6. Assignment of ESTAC Members to Complete Petition Forms for Changes or Additions to the Illinoi List of Endangered and Threatened Species (Petitions to be presented to the Illinois Endangered Species Protection Board for preliminary approval)
