Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 9:00 AM

Activity Room

Marshall Public Library Board of Trustees Policy Committee met on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 in the Activity Room. Committee members present were Dudley Crow, Jenn Smitley, and Melissa Strait. Library Director Alyson Thompson was also present.

There was no public comment.

The meeting was called to order at 8:55 AM. Minutes from the Wednesday, July 26, 2016 meeting were read and then approved on a motion by Dudley and a second by Melissa.

The committee reviewed the Trustee Bylaws, Fiscal Policy & Procedures and the Emergency Procedures Manual. Several revisions were made and the committee agreed to present the changes to the library board at the September 14, 2016 meeting for approval and then implementation into current policies.

The next committee meeting was scheduled for: Tuesday, September 27th at 9:00 AM.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:08 AM with a motion by Dudley and a second by Melissa.
