1. Call to order by President Jo Sanders at 4:30 p.m.

2. Pledge of Allegiance

3. Roll call noted by secretary -

Jo Sanders, Elaine Miller, Cynthia Wright, Alice Schroeder, Kelley Ray, Mike Pringle and Vaughn Kellum; also present: Rich Bernadoni, Library staff Alyson Thompson, Jamie Poorman

4. Secretary’s report – Approval of April 26th meeting. Motion Elaine, Alice 2nd

5. Public Comment – None

6. Correspondence – Thank you note from the Luke Morris family - bereavement

Thank you note from the Marshall Jr. High School for NASA tours

Thank you note from Holly Brook for discussing homebound delivery

7. Treasurer’s report – Discussion of June 28th having $5,137.81 in the General Fund and $3,936.97 in the Insurance Fund. Board agreed to have Harley Bennet complete annual Treasurer Report Audit.

-Treasurer presented the End of Year Report to Board for Appropriation purposes. A complete listing of the year’s revenues and expenditures was presented with total revenues of $90,779.18 and total expenditures of $86,464.62

9. Librarians’ report – Jamie Poorman

- Copy included for May and June 2016.

10. Director’s Report – Alyson Thompson

- Copy included

11. Friends of the Library report – Alyson Thompson discussed the Friends of the Library DAR grant that was received to finish the library’s microfilm digitization project.

12. Unfinished Business: None

13. New Business – Discussion of auditing the minutes; Elaine and Alice will audit.
