Marshall Public Library Board of Trustees Policy Committee met on Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at 4:30 PM in the Activity Room. Committee members present were John Tarble and Mike Cameron, Kent Hall was absent. Library Director Alyson Thompson was also present.
There was no public comment.
The meeting was called to order at 4:34 PM. Minutes from the Wednesday, October 14, 2015 meeting were read and then approved on a motion by Mike and a second by John.
The committee reviewed the Technology Plan, Patron Behavior Policy, Prohibited Gifts Policy, Copyright Restrictions Policy, Drug & Alcohol Policy, Response to Subpoenas Policy and Employment Policy. Several revisions were made and the committee agreed to present the changes to the library board at the March 9th meeting for approval and then implementation into current Employee Handbook after a final review by city attorney Dick James.
