These actions are considered to be gross misconduct by student #S1341631 and the student is therefore open to possible expulsion.

Mr. Rein asked student #S1341631 and the parent if they understood Mr. Page’s recommendation; they both said that they did.

TO: find that student #S1341631 be expelled from St. Joseph Ogden High School for a period of one year with the expulsion to be held in abeyance for the 2016-2017 school year if the student attends READY Alternative School and completes graduation requirements no later than the conclusion of the
2016-2017 school year.
