The Arcola School District #306 board of education held a regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 24.

"Our focus is on the growth and development of each individual child. With the implementation of a 1:1 Digital Learning Platform beginning the 2014-2015 school year, the district has made a very large world smaller and brought endless opportunities and experiences to our students. The district boasts a culturally diverse student body and a strong tradition of exceptional and successful extra-curricular programs."

A. Approval of CTS Contract for Performance Contracting in the amount of $510,237.

Proposed Action: That the Board approve the contract for performance contracting that

includes the renovation of the elementary all-purpose room and high school heating project.

We may need to approve the contract contingent upon successful completion of legislative

review from engineer.

B. Approval of agreement with AALCO for wall matts and 4 adjustable wall mount backboards

$16,450

Proposed Action: That the Board approve the agreement for wall matts and backboards.

C. Approval of agreement with 4MC Corporation for $5,700

Proposed Action: That the Board approve the agreement with 4MC Corporation to Furnish

and Install Wardrobe Storage Cabinet
